Every renovation and interior design project that a client wishes to entrust to us begins with a Consultation Session, which is a dedicated time for expert discussion.

This personalized meeting allows us to discover your interior, your expectations, and the scope of your project. We provide our initial advice on layout and decoration, share our first thoughts, and draw your attention to any potential constraints of the space, as well as the consistency between your ambitions and your planned budget. It is also an opportunity to present our working method and answer all your questions.

Following this session, we are then able to provide a personalized fee proposal, tailored to your needs and your project.

At the end of each of the two main stages of the design study, you have the opportunity to request modifications for each space. Your requests are analyzed and then integrated into the various project documents—plans, models, and other presentation materials.

The updated documents are then sent to you for validation to ensure that the proposed solutions fully meet your expectations and that our vision for the project is perfectly aligned.

During the costing phase, some minor adjustments can also be made. Any additional modification requests are, of course, possible; these will be subject to a price quote submitted for your written approval before being processed.

Yes, decoration is fully integrated into each of our projects. Furniture, lighting, rugs, curtains, and accessories are considered integral elements of the architectural concept.

We select professional brands, publishers, and manufacturers known for their quality, prioritizing French or European companies whenever possible, to create a fully personalized and unique interior.

This is arguably one of the questions we are asked most frequently. From the very beginning of our design study, our studio supports you by verifying the alignment between the budget you wish to allocate to your project and your expectations.

The cost of the work depends on any technical constraints to be resolved, as well as the choices made during the design phase. Only quotes provided by various partners, based on a tender package (DCE), can accurately determine the cost of the work.

Do you work on load-bearing structures and modifications to partitions, windows, or exterior doors?

No. You can choose to entrust us only with the design study. You will then receive a detailed file, excluding technical plans, which will allow contractors to provide quotes for the work. You are free to select the companies working on your site and manage the construction process yourself.

By also entrusting us with support during the construction phase, you benefit from our expertise in ensuring that the architectural and decorative concept validated during the design study is respected. We also help you make the necessary decisions regarding details and finishes throughout the project.

Our goal is to support you throughout the construction process to ensure the final result remains true to the aesthetic vision we defined together.

In practice : we provide regular on-site monitoring of the project's aesthetic consistency, formalized through a site visit report. We also assist you with budget tracking, the installation of custom-made features, and the final aesthetic walkthrough.

The Studio’s mission is exclusively dedicated to interior architectural design, volume optimization, decoration, and atmosphere creation. It does not include technical project management, site supervision, or regulatory coordination, which are the responsibility of the general contractor and/or the specialized firms working on the site.

Technical and structural validations (including those related to DTU standards, structural work, utilities, and compliance with current regulations) remain the exclusive responsibility of the qualified contractors and technical engineering firms hired by the client.

Our studio holds professional liability insurance and ten-year construction insurance covering work on load-bearing elements.

For all our projects, any work involving load-bearing structures is studied and carried out in collaboration with a structural engineering firm. They perform a feasibility assessment and provide a technical report detailing the necessary structural reinforcements. These recommendations are then implemented by the contractor hired for the structural work. The engineering firm's fees are the responsibility of the client.

For projects requiring facade modifications, additional floor space, or partial or total changes to partitions or floor structures, we collaborate with a licensed architect (DE-HMONP or DPLG).
