What is included in this service fee:

This personalized meeting allows us to explore your space, understand your expectations, and define the scope of your project. We provide initial advice on layout and decor, share our preliminary ideas, and highlight any potential constraints of the space, as well as the alignment between your goals and your budget. It is also an opportunity to introduce our working method and answer any questions you may have.

Following this session, we will be able to provide a personalized fee proposal tailored to your needs and your project.

At the end of each of the two main stages of the design study, you have the opportunity to request modifications for each space. Your requests are analyzed and then integrated into the various project documents—plans, models, and other presentation materials.

The updated documents are then sent to you for approval, ensuring that the proposed solutions fully meet your expectations and that we are perfectly aligned on our vision for the project.

During the costing phase, some minor adjustments can also be made. Any additional modification requests are, of course, still possible; these will be subject to a price quote that must be approved in writing before we proceed.

Yes, interior design is fully integrated into every one of our projects. Furniture, lighting, rugs, curtains, and accessories are all considered essential elements of the architectural concept.

We select professional brands, designers, and manufacturers known for their quality, prioritizing French or European companies whenever possible to create a completely personalized and unique interior.

The cost of construction depends largely on any technical constraints that need to be addressed, as well as the choices made during the design process. Only a cost estimate prepared by various partners, based on a formal tender package (DCE), can determine the precise cost of the work.

Do you work on load-bearing structures and modifications to partitions, windows, or exterior doors?

No. You can choose to entrust us only with the design phase. You will then receive a detailed file, excluding technical drawings, which will allow contractors to provide quotes for the work. You will be free to select the companies working on your project and will manage the site supervision yourself.

By also entrusting us with support during the construction phase, you benefit from our expertise in ensuring that the architectural and decorative concept approved during the design phase is respected. We also help you make the necessary decisions regarding details and finishes throughout the project.

Our goal is to support you throughout the construction process to ensure the final result remains true to the aesthetic vision we defined together.

In practice : we provide regular on-site monitoring of aesthetic consistency, documented in a site visit report. We also assist you with budget tracking, the installation of custom-made features, and the final aesthetic walkthrough.

The Studio’s mission is exclusively dedicated to interior architectural design, space optimization, decoration, and atmosphere creation. It does not include any technical project management, site supervision, or regulatory coordination, which are the responsibility of the general contractor and/or the specialized firms working on the project.

Technical and structural approvals (including those concerning DTU standards, structural work, utilities, compliance with current regulations, etc.) remain the sole responsibility of the qualified contractors and technical design offices appointed by the client.

Our studio holds professional liability insurance and ten-year structural warranty insurance covering work on load-bearing elements.

For all our projects, any work involving load-bearing structures is assessed and carried out in collaboration with a structural engineering firm. They provide a feasibility study and a technical report detailing the structural reinforcement methods. These recommendations are then implemented by the contractor assigned to the structural works package. The engineering firm's fees are to be paid by the client.

For projects requiring facade modifications, the creation of additional floor area, or partial or total alterations to partitions or floor structures, we collaborate with a licensed architect (DE-HMONP or DPLG).
