In this new duplex in the heart of the city, we have created a contemporary and refined atmosphere, with a 70's touch. A subtle play of claustra and skylights of elements diffuse the light and offer new volumes and perspectives.

The large living room integrated the entrance, the living room and the dining room without partitioning. We structured and delimited them, while maintaining the main asset of this duplex terrace: light!

For the entrance, we designed a large dressing unit and proposed a rounded rhythm of wooden claustra to hide the TV area without. A strong design bias that we put into dialogue with a glass roof and a custom-made glass door in brushed brass finish.

We opened the hallway wall to provide a flight line to the dining area and the light-filled living room. We also removed the kitchen door to facilitate use and invite the kitchen into the life of the duplex.

We have developed a strong aesthetic concept composed of a palette of sober and timeless colors (navy blue, beige, white), combined with elegant and precious materials (oak, brushed brass, leather).
