SAINT LAZARE

For the creation of this fourth medical office in Oise, our studio was commissioned to completely renovate and develop a 60 m² space intended to accommodate two general practitioners.

Our ambition: to design a place that is both perfectly functional, aesthetically unique and immediately reassuring for patients and practitioners. A space where the uses and the quality of the environments are precisely balanced.

From the moment we entered, we imagined a soft and enveloping atmosphere, designed to create a climate of trust. Working on volumes, circulation and environments contributes to creating a fluid and serene experience, essential in a medical environment.

A subtle chromatic palette, composed of neutral and delicate tones, is punctuated by blue-gray nuances, bringing to the whole a feeling of balance between calm and warmth. In one of the cabinets, panoramic wallpaper structures the space and gives it a strong identity, while maintaining a great visual softness. The natural oak finishes, present on the floor and on the worktop of the rest room, introduce a warm and authentic dimension.

Optimizing spaces was at the heart of our thinking. The former archive room has been completely redesigned to become a private rest area, integrating a functional kitchenette, thus offering real comfort of use to practitioners.

In the waiting room, devoid of natural light, precise work on the lighting made it possible to recreate a soft and homogeneous light environment. The recessed ceiling spotlights diffuse a light evoking daylight, guaranteeing a pleasant perception of space at all hours.

The PMR sanitary was designed beyond its regulatory functionality alone: we designed it as a space in its own right, combining accessibility, safety and aesthetic requirements.

The second medical office offers an even more enveloping atmosphere, with a palette of beige, powder pink and light wood. This refined atmosphere promotes both the concentration of practitioners and the appeasement of patients.

Finally, each space has been optimized thanks to tailor-made integrated storage solutions, designed to simplify the daily life of doctors and streamline their practice.
